Mamnus reserves the right to limit the quantity offered or discontinue any product or service; impose conditions on the redemption of any coupon, coupon code, promotional code, or other similar promotion; prohibit any user from conducting any or all transactions; and/or refuse to provide any product or service to any user. You agree to pay all charges that you or your representatives may incur through the Site at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred, including, but not limited to, all shipping and handling charges. In addition, you remain responsible for any taxes that may apply to your transactions.

Nothing on this Website shall constitute a binding offer to sell the products described on the Website or to make such products available in your region. Mamnus reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject your order or any portion thereof, even after Mamnus has received an order confirmation or your credit card has been charged. Prices displayed on the Website are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Mamnus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Mamnus will issue a credit to your credit card account.

Colors

Mamnus strives to display the colors of the products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor, Mamnus cannot guarantee that any colors displayed on your monitor will be accurate.

Quantity Limitations

Mamnus does not offer additional discounts for single items or large orders of multiple items. In addition, Mamnus reserves the right to limit the quantity of orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, or using the same billing and/or shipping address. We will notify you of any such restrictions.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

Many of our featured items are limited in quantity and will not and cannot be updated due to limited stock. This means that once an item is sold out, it may be permanently removed from the Site and will no longer appear on the Site. When a featured item on the Site is out of stock, we will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Site promptly. If you have any questions about the availability or price of an item, please contact us at support@mamnus.com. Mamnus's confirmation of an order only indicates that your order request has been received and does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped, nor does it mean that the price or availability of the item has been confirmed.

If you believe that a product offered by Mamnus is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to us in unused condition for a refund, subject to our then-current written return policy.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on the Site may be mispriced, inaccurately described, or out of stock, and there may be delays in our posting of advertisements throughout the Site and on other websites. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability and services. Mamnus reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted, without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Sales, Shipping and Returns

Mamnus may accept certain credit card payment methods for purchases made on the Site. There is no additional fee for purchases made with a credit card. Please be sure to provide your accurate billing address and phone number (the address and phone number on file with your credit card bank). Incorrect information will delay the processing of your order or result in the cancellation of your order. Your credit card will be charged at checkout.

For multiple item orders, we will endeavor to ship all items included in the order at the same time. Items that are out of stock at the time of shipment will be shipped when they are available, unless you notify us otherwise. You will only be charged for the items included in the shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. Shipping charges will be charged at the rate provided on your purchase receipt. This shipping charge may apply in full to the first (or more) items in a multiple item order.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order and does not constitute confirmation of Mamnus' offer to sell. Mamnus reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or reject your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Mamnus will automatically collect any sales taxes resulting from sales made through this website and the purchaser shall be solely responsible for such.

Risk of Loss

For products purchased on this Site, risk of loss and title pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Risk of loss and title for Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission by us to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.

Comments/Feedback

We welcome your comments and feedback regarding our Site, products, and services. However, we do not accept confidential or proprietary information.
