Delivery Information

Shipping Time


All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so that you can keep track of the logistics status in real time.

Delivery Range and Estimated Time

We support delivery to most countries and regions in the world. The shipping time is as follows (calculated from the date of shipment):

Standard delivery: 7–14 business days


Please note: There may be slight delays during peak logistics seasons, holidays, extreme weather or customs inspections.


Shipping Policy


Standard delivery: Free shipping for orders over $49, and a standard shipping fee of $7 will be charged for orders less than $49.

Free shipping: For eligible orders (orders over $49), we will provide free standard shipping services.


Product Packaging Instructions


Apparel will be protected in soft, lightweight and waterproof packaging bags;

Shoes will be placed in separate shoe boxes with cushioning materials to prevent damage;

If the order contains multiple items, we may choose to combine or send them separately based on volume and safety.


Change delivery address


We understand that you may need to change the delivery address. Please note the following policies:

If you need to change the address, please be sure to contact customer service as soon as possible before the order is shipped. Once the package generates a logistics order number or enters the shipping process, the address cannot be modified.

If the order has been shipped, we recommend that you contact the selected logistics service provider to request redirection service (if available), or wait for the package to be returned and we will assist in re-shipping (re-shipping fees may be charged)

If the package fails to be delivered or is lost due to providing an incorrect address, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible.


Package tracking


Once all orders are shipped, you will receive a logistics tracking number. You can check the delivery progress in real time through the "My Order" page on our official website or the logistics provider's official website. If there is any transportation abnormality, please feel free to contact us and we will assist in handling it.


Package Abnormalities and Damage


If you find that the product is damaged, severely squeezed, or missing accessories after receiving it, please contact us by email within 48 hours, attach clear photos and order number, and we will provide a reasonable solution as soon as possible (including reissue or refund, etc.).
