Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with every item you receive, but if the item is not suitable, we also provide you with flexible and easy return and exchange services. Here is a description of our return and exchange policy:
Return and Exchange Time
You have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return or exchange. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and comes with complete tags and packaging (such as shoe boxes, etc.).
Range of Returnable Items
Returns and Exchanges are supported: The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and come with complete packaging and tags.
Returns and Exchanges are not supported:
Shoes that are obviously used or worn
Items that have been damaged by humans
Items that have exceeded the return and exchange period
Exchange Instructions
If you need to change the size or color, please indicate in the return request whether we can keep the new item in stock for you. The exchange service is limited to one time and only provided if we still have stock in stock.
Refund method
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, the refund will be returned to the account you used when you paid. Please allow us 5-10 working days after receiving the return to complete the refund.
Return shipping fee
If the reason for the return or exchange is quality problems or the wrong goods are sent, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs;
If the return or exchange is initiated due to non-product problems such as size inappropriateness, personal reasons, etc., the return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer (it is recommended to use a trackable transportation method).
If you find that the product is damaged or abnormal within 48 hours of receiving the order, please take a photo and contact customer service as soon as possible, and we will handle it for you.
How to initiate a return or exchange?
Please submit a return or exchange application through the customer service email (support@mamnus.com), attaching the order number and reason.
We will confirm the return eligibility and address within 24 hours;
Please pack the goods safely and send them back to our designated warehouse address;
After the goods are inspected and accepted, we will process the refund or arrange for the exchange to be sent out.
